and services we offer and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your
purchases. Please read this Agreement in its entirety before continuing
to use this website. These Terms and Conditions of Use constitute a
legal Agreement between you and Painted with Oil. By using this website,
you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue
the use of this site.

Use of the Site is void where prohibited. By using this Site, you represent
and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter
into this Agreement and to abide by all the Terms and Conditions of
this Agreement.
Registering with Painted
with Oil
In order to use some features of the Site, you may have to register
with Painted with Oil. For example, you may be required to register
with Painted with Oil if you want to set up an account at Painted with
Oil, receive discount offerings or other information from Painted with
Oil, or submit your reviews. You may also be required to register to
receive newsletters with local event information from Painted with Oil.
Painted with Oil's use of any personal information that you provide
to Painted with Oil during any registration process is governed by Painted
with Oil's privacy policy.

Right to Purchase
Painted with Oil does not sell products or services to persons under
the age of 18, unless accompanied by an adult. If you are under the
age of 18, you may purchase product from Painted with Oil only under
the supervision of a parent or guardian. Painted with Oil reserves the
right to refuse service, remove or edit content, terminate accounts
or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Pricing & Product Availability
Pricing and availability of all products and services listed on Painted
with Oil are subject to change without notice. In the event a product
inventory quantity or price is listed incorrectly due to a typographical
error or discrepancy in contract information received from a supplier,
Painted with Oil reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed
for such product or service at the incorrect price or quantity, even
if the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.
Any such situation warrants a full refund to your credit card for the
incorrect amount charged. Painted with Oil uses reasonable efforts to
ensure the accuracy, correctness and reliability of the Content, but
we make no representations or warranties as to the Content's accuracy,
correctness or reliability.
Credit Card Transactions
Purchases made on Painted with Oil website will appear on your credit
card as "Painted with Oil."

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Painted with Oil are pursuant to shipment contracts
with third party carriers. The risk of loss and title for purchased
items pass to you upon placement of your order with a third party carrier.
Painted with Oil will not be responsible for lost orders once the shipment
has been turned over to our third party carriers. Painted with Oil will
not be held responsible or liable for orders left at pick up locations
over 60 days.
Returns/Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will
gladly provide a full refund or exchange on any item you purchase within
14 days of the purchase date, after that time a Store Credit will be
issued. All items must be returned in their original condition. Damaged
or partially used items will not be accepted. If you receive your merchandise
and are not happy with the product, simply properly repackage the item
and have the merchandise and ship carton back to Painted with Oil.
Please retain the tracking information for your outgoing shipment so
that timelines can be confirmed for refund/store credit guidelines.

Shipping Errors
If we have made an error in your shipment, please contact us immediately.
In the event the wrong product is shipped to you, Painted with Oil will
gladly replace it with the correct items when the incorrect product
has been returned and received by Painted with Oil.
Indemnity
Except as specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions of Use,
or as otherwise required by law, neither Painted with Oil nor its directors,
employees, licensors, content providers, suppliers, affiliates or other
representatives will be liable for damages of any kind arising from
the use of this website, including, but not limited to direct, indirect,
compensatory, consequential, exemplary, special, incidental, or punitive
damages arising out of your use of, or your inability to use, or the
performance of this website, or the Content whether or not we have been
advised of the possibility of such damages or not. The Content and functionality
of this website are not warranted to be uninterrupted or without error.

This Agreement shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws
of the State of Utah, USA.
No Waiver, Severability
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Use, prices,
and information featured on this website without notice. These conditions
set forth the entire Agreement between you and Painted with Oil relating
to your use of this website. No action of Painted with Oil, other than
an express written waiver or amendment, may be construed as a waiver
or amendment of any of these Terms and Conditions of Use. Should any
clause of these Terms and Conditions of Use be found unenforceable,
wherever possible, this will not affect any other clause and each will
remain in full force and effect.
